The Sumy regional military administration has information that many Russian military personnel stationed in the region want to surrender, they do not have communication and understanding among themselves.
As an example, the head of the regional military administration, Dmitry Zhivitsky, reports that the enemy units did not share the barbecue near the Old Village and once again staged a fight with themselves .

They worked out the fascist Russians in one of the positions where there was a cluster of artillery. In general, over the past day in the Sumy region, Boromlya, Bytitsa, Bolshaya Pisarevka, Akhtyrka and a checkpoint near Sumy suffered during shelling.
A checkpoint near the regional center, fired upon by Russian troops from a self-propelled artillery mount, was recaptured by representatives of local self-defense.
There were no battles in Sumy itself during the day, only during the day artillery fired at the territory of the region from time to time.
In addition, an enemy Russian aircraft bombed a peaceful farm.
– After two air strikes, about 20 private houses in the village of Bytitsa remain without roofs and windows. Boromlya and Velikaya Pisarevka suffered from shelling. Damage and losses are being specified, – Dmitry Zhivitsky notes.
Rescuers and doctors are also working at the site of the evening air raid on residential areas of Akhtyrka.
