On the sports ground of one of the schools in Zaporozhye, four teenage girls beat three female students of this educational institution. The schoolgirls were required to transfer money to their bank card.
The video of the brutal beating was leaked to the network. The police found him on December 6 while monitoring social networks on one of the Zaporozhye publics.
This story began on November 22, when the parents of the victims contacted the police department No. 3 of the Zaporozhye regional department of the GUNP in the Zaporozhye region.
Initially, the production was opened under Art. 125 UCU – intentional slight bodily injury. The injured girls – born in 2007, 2008 and 2005 – were sent for a forensic medical examination. According to her findings, two of them have minor injuries, one more examination is underway.
Law enforcement officers have already identified all the participants in the beating of schoolgirls – they are between 15 and 16 years old.
The criminal proceedings were re-qualified for h . 2 tbsp. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism), another one is also open – under Part 2 of Art. 189 (extortion).
The issue of announcing suspicion and choosing preventive measures is now being decided.
The girls face imprisonment for up to seven years.
