In Germany, the police were unable to deport a 26-year-old citizen of Slovakia, who was repeatedly caught by the police – they traveled with him for almost a thousand kilometers, and subsequently released him from custody.

As the material says, a car with four police officers arrived at the deportation prison in Dresden at midnight: law enforcement officers were supposed to pick up 26-year-old Slovakian citizen Marek H. and send him from Frankfurt airport on a flight to Warsaw in the morning,” this journey had just begun .

How a Slovak prisoner traveled through Germany and returned free

First, the police drove 500 kilometers to Frankfurt airport.

“The plane was ready, but the pilot of the Polish airline LOT refused to take the Slovak on board. Even if all the necessary requirements are met, the last word in such a situation still remains with the pilot,” experts told the police.

Therefore, the flight from Frankfurt departed for Warsaw without Marek H.

The officers took him to a deportation prison in the city of Darmstadt. However, the administration there refused to accept the prisoner.

“In order not to go to the prison in Ingelheim, the police first called there – there was no place there for Marek X either. The man had to be taken back to Dresden,” the journalists say.

In total, law enforcement officers covered almost 1,000 kilometers during the day.

Today, Marek H., still awaiting deportation from Germany, was released from custody – the court rejected a request to extend his arrest.

We add that the 26-year-old man was repeatedly taken to the police, in particular due to sexual harassment.
