Podolyak on negotiations with Russia over the de-occupation of the Kherson region/Collage of Channel 24
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are gradually liberating the Kherson region from Russian invaders and are not going to stop. The Office of the President stated that until there are no negotiations with Russia or a ceasefire, the deblockade in the Kherson region continues.

This exclusively on Channel 24 was told by Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President Mikhail Podolyak. He noted that it makes no sense to negotiate with Russia and this will not happen.
According to him, there will be no truce, no ceasefire in the Kherson region.

At the same time, as the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office noted, Russian politicians, including Lavrov or Peskov, declare that it is necessary to sit down at the negotiating table .
However, Podolyak notes that there is no point in sitting down at the negotiating table with Russia today.
“Because it is important for the Russians to fix the status quo, the 'territorial property' and their 'stage-by-stage victory', make an operational pause, gain strength, demoralize Ukraine and after some time go on the offensive again under far-fetched pretexts” , he added.
