Russian dictator Vladimir Putin only has two options to choose from — to be in the dock at The Hague, or to be killed by one of his henchmen who is now killing for him.
This was stated by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in his speech at the Munich Conference on Saturday, February 17.

After the murder of Alexei Navalny, it would be absurd to perceive Putin as the legitimate head of the Russian state. He is a thug who gains power through corruption and violence, — Zelensky said.
