If it is not possible to restore full-fledged grain exports from Ukraine, problems will arise not only in North Africa or the Middle East, but also in Ukraine. Blocking the export potential threatens both economic and infrastructural losses.

Nikolai Zamikula, an expert at the National Institute for Strategic Studies, spoke about this. He also noted that we will lose the harvest that we currently store in hangars, this will entail losses for the budget and in the future – loss of positions in the markets.

For in the event normalization of the situation until next year, when we repel the aggression and can unblock the ports – there are no guarantees that other manufacturers of the same products will not take our place, – says Zamikula.

According to him, we have heard a lot of talk that Ukraine in the world is above an agrarian state on which millions of people depend. So, this Russian blockade deals a very serious blow to this idea, the expert says.

It should be noted that recently the Head of the African Union and the President of Senegal, Maki Sall, called for demining Ukrainian ports to export grain to African countries. Claiming that Vladimir Putin promised not to attack.

Unblocking Ukrainian ports

According to the speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko, the legitimate security interests of Ukraine should be respected. Ukraine has now proposed a 3-point plan that would allow seaports to be reopened to allow grain exports to resume:

  • Russia must withdraw its naval forces in the Black and Azov Seas .
  • Military equipment should be provided to protect the southern coast of Ukraine. In case Russia decides to use demining.
  • An international naval mission should be deployed to patrol the export routes.

Russia is stealing grain from Ukraine

While the southern territories are under temporary occupation, infidels are exporting Ukrainian products from there, grain in the first place.

Tons of it are taken out by trucks to the occupied Crimea, from where they are loaded on a ship and taken to Syria, where they try to sell it. Recently it became known that even Turkey buys stolen goods from Ukraine, which promised to help with its export to the market.

Egypt was also one of the countries to which Russia tried to sell grain stolen in Ukraine. But our diplomats reacted in time, they refused to buy the loot. Therefore, the ship changed direction to Lebanon and Syria.

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine assumed that stolen grain from Syria could be smuggled to the countries of the Middle East. In addition to grain, Ukrainian intelligence officers have information that kafirs are stealing other vegetables: beets, potatoes, cabbage, and more.
