The winner of the short program among the single skaters in the Czech Republic has been determined

Evgeny Semenenko came out on top after the short program in men's singles skating at the Russian Championship, which takes place in St. Petersburg. The correspondent of “Lenta.ru” informs about it.

The leader was determined on Thursday, December 22. The winner received 98.03 points for his rental. The second place was taken by Mark Kondratyuk (97.77 points), the top three was closed by Makar Ignatov (95.84 points). The current champion of Russia Mikhail Kolyada scored 94.26 points and finished the short program in fifth place.

The skaters will perform their free skate on Friday, December 25th. The tournament will end on Sunday, December 26, with demonstrations.

According to the results of the tournament in St. Petersburg, the composition of the national team of the country will be formed to participate in the Olympic Games-2022 in Beijing. Russia will be represented at the Olympics in men's single skating by three figure skaters.
