The White House spoke about the test result for the coronavirus of US President Joe Biden, RIA Novosti reported.
According to the agency, on Wednesday, December 22, Biden passed a PCR test. He showed a negative result, despite the recent contact of the country's leader with a coronavirus infection.
Earlier it became known that one of the White House employees, who was in close contact with the president on Friday, December 17, contracted COVID-19. This was announced by the press secretary of the White House Jen Psaki. She added that Biden took the test on Sunday and Monday, both results are negative, so the president will not be quarantined.
