White House Press Secretary Psaki: Kiev understands the words of US leader Biden on Ukraine and Russia

White House press Secretary Jen Psaki said that the United States has no doubt that Kiev understands the essence of the statements of American leader Joe Biden on Ukraine and Russia. Her words are quoted by TASS.
This is how she answered the question of whether negotiations were held with Ukrainian officials in order to remove concerns that they might have had after Biden’s statements about Russia and Ukraine at the last press conference. “We maintain high-level contacts [with the Ukrainian authorities]. They certainly understood from these discussions what the president meant,” Psaki said.
Psaki added that the United States continues to consider a number of options for restrictions, and none of those measures against Russia, which were previously reported, are still not excluded.
Biden called the threat posed by Russia, “little men in green uniforms” and cyber attacks. The head of the American state stressed that the United States is ready to respond to such challenges. He noted that the crossing of the border of Ukraine by the Russian military is an invasion that will meet a serious economic response.
