US can't do business with Russia 'as usual', White House spokeswoman Psaki says

White House press secretary Jen Psaki assessed relations between Russia and the United States, noting that they are not in a condition for countries to conduct business “as usual.” It is reported by RIA Novosti.
“Now is not the moment when we conduct business as usual. De-escalation would help bring us back to that position,” a White House spokeswoman said.
She also noted that US President Joe Biden does not yet intend to conduct any joint work with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
Earlier, Psaki said that the United States is ready to host refugees from Ukraine if necessary. The White House spokeswoman added that Washington is in contact with its partners and expects that most of the refugees will be accommodated in European countries.
