During the anniversary summit NATO in Washington, the Presidents of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and the United States Joe Biden will hold a separate bilateral meeting.
White House Advisor John Kirby reported this, transmits Ukrinform.
In addition to the meeting with Zelensky, Biden is also scheduled to have a conversation with the new British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
“We are now working to organize additional bilateral meetings (Biden – ed.). The only thing I can say now about two of them is with the British Prime Minister and President Zelensky,” he informed he.
The White House did not specify the date of the bilateral negotiations. At the same time, Kirby recalled that the plans for the summit in Washington include a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council, after which Zelensky and Biden will take part in a meeting with the leaders of two dozen countries that have signed security agreements with our state.
Recall that it was previously reported that NATO is preparing large-scale military assistance to Ukraine before the summit in Washington.
