The bill provides that the US government will operate until November 17, and also includes assistance in case of natural disasters disasters.

The publication writes that President Joe Biden signed the bill late Saturday.
“No. 5860, which provides federal agencies with appropriations for the fiscal year until November 17, 2023 to extend federal government projects and extends several expiring powers,” the text of the document published on the White House website says.
The bill passed the House of Representatives with an overwhelming bipartisan vote and then went to the Senate. The final vote was 88 to 9.
It would keep the government open until November 17and also include disaster relief.
“The bill initially included funding for Ukraine to help Kiev fight a full-scale invasion from Russia, but this was scrapped after some conservatives raised objections during negotiations,” the news agency wrote.
Following the bill's approval, bipartisan members of Senate leadership issued a joint statement pledging to vote on further funding for Ukraine aid “in the coming weeks.”
House Democratic leaders said they expect Speaker Kevin McCarthy to introduce a separate project to help Ukraine.
