Donald Tusk noted the rapid escalation of the war in Ukraine.
On Friday, November 22, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk warned that there is a “serious and real” threat of global war after a large-scale escalation of the conflict in Ukraine.
This was reported by Politico with reference to Tusk's speech to the Polish Teachers' Union.
According to him, Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine “is entering a decisive phase.”
“We all know this, we feel that the unknown is approaching. None of us knows the end of this conflict, but we know that it is now taking on very dramatic proportions,” the Polish prime minister added.
At the same time, Donald Tusk noted the rapid escalation of the war in Ukraine.
“The events of the last few dozen hours show that this threat is truly serious and real in terms of a global conflict,” he said, apparently referring to the recent strike on the Ukrainian city of Dnepr by a Russian ballistic missile “Oreshnik”.
Recall that on the same day, the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko declared that the world is on the brink of World War III.
