“The United States will continue to support and consult with Ukraine on how they want to approach the outcome of negotiations with the Russians,” Sullivan said during discussions with the Center for a New American Security.
He added that supporting Ukraine in this means permanent weapons and intelligence to strengthen the country's position at the negotiating table.
