US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that the American side will contribute about $ 200 million to the WHO budget by the end of the month.
He said this, speaking at a meeting of the UN Security Council on measures taken to combat the coronavirus pandemic.
“The United States intends to pay WHO about $ 200 million by the end of the month as part of its financial obligations,” TASS quotes him.
At the same time, he added that the US will work with partners around the world to strengthen and reform WHO.
