U.S. Embassy congratulates Ukraine on the 30th anniversary of Gorbachev's resignation

In honor of the 30th anniversary of the resignation from the post of President of the USSR Mikhail Gorbachev, the US Embassy in Kiev congratulated Ukraine and promised to build her a “Euro-Atlantic future.” On Saturday, December 25, REN reports.
It is reported that representatives of the American diplomatic mission noted the high level of relations between Washington and Kiev – “stronger than ever.” “As we work together to ensure the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and build Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic future,” the publication is quoted by US diplomats.
Earlier it was reported that the Pentagon is working to transfer intelligence to Ukraine that will help it respond more quickly to a possible “invasion” of Russia. The intelligence was supposed to contain images of the movement of Russian troops near the borders of Ukraine and, if transmitted in time, this information would help the Ukrainian military to prevent an attack.
