Retired US officer Eastwood named Poseidon and S-400 Russia's most dangerous weapons
Brent Eastwood, a retired U.S. Army officer and military columnist for 19Fortyfive, has listed five of Russia's deadliest weapons.
Eastwood named the Poseidon torpedo under development as the first such weapon. He noted that the radius of its action will be huge. “This weapon is intimidating because it can target US cities on any coast. Russia plans to launch Poseidon from its K-329 Belgorod submarine, ”the retired officer added.
He called the S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile system “especially powerful” weapon. “It can not only destroy enemy manned aircraft and some drones, but it can also be used against cruise and ballistic missiles at a distance of up to 250 miles,” the expert explained.
