US presidential aide Sullivan: Russia may attack Ukraine during the Olympics

The White House expressed confidence that Russia could take aggressive steps against Ukraine during the Beijing Olympics. This was stated by Assistant to the President of the United States for National Security Jake Sullivan, reports CNN.
According to him, the American administration is confident that the invasion of Ukraine “can begin at any moment.” Sullivan did not comment on the details of the information received from intelligence, but noted that such an attack could occur during the Olympics.
At the same time, the presidential aide stressed that the United States does not claim that Russia has made a final decision on the use of force against Ukraine.
