Two-time Olympic swimming champion Cleit Keller, seen in the storming of the Capitol building, was decided to be tried. Reported by The New York Times.

The athlete was charged with obstructing law enforcement, knowingly staying in a building with limited access, as well as rioting on the territory of the Capitol. The case is referred to the US federal court for the District of Columbia.
