The transit of power in the Russian Federation and Lukashenka's challenge: Danilov on the consequences of the liquidation of Prigozhin

The “Wagnerites” who are today in Belarus will presumably be removed from the country.

The crash of the plane in the Tver region of the Russian Federation on July 23, on which the heads of the PIK “Wagner” Evgeny Prigozhin and Dmitry Utkin were, testifies to the beginning of the transit of power through the territory of the Russian Federation.

This opinion was expressed by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexei Danilov on the air of the National Marathon.

“PVK “Wagner” will cease to exist”

According to Danilov, after the elimination of Prigozhin, the “Wagnerites” will leave the territory of Belarus, but there are still many such structures in Russia.

“What is happening in Russia and the death of those people who directly participated in the attacks on our citizens is an inevitable execution. Today, the Wagner military complex itself, as a structure, will most likely cease to exist, because everything was kept there by people who were directly on this plane. There are many such structures in Russia, and our task is to move forward, remove them from our territory in order to do this,” notes Aleksey Danilov.

A challenge for Lukashenka

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council also notes that the Wagner mercenaries, who are currently on the territory of Belarus, will presumably be removed from the country.

“This is a challenge primarily for Lukashenka, because he directly gave security guarantees to a person named Prigozhin. Therefore, this is a challenge for Belarus. will continue.” own life. Not all of them, of course, will go to the front,” Danilov believes.

Beginning of the transit of authorities in the Russian Federation

Aleksey Danilov suggests that the so-called Prigozhin's attack on Moscow could not take place without the instructions of high-ranking officials who were directly in Moscow.

“Prigozhin is not such an independent figure in order to make decisions on his own. Remember how he was greeted in Rostov, how they were greeted on the way, and therefore this is not an easy combination. We do not rule out that this is the beginning of a transit of power on the territory of Russia,” the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council sums up.

It should be noted that General Andrey Averyanov, Major of the GRU of the General Staff of the Russian Federation.

Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov explained how Prigozhin's liquidation affected Putin.
