No sooner had a fresh presentation at WWDC 2021 passed than new speculations began around Apple's upcoming announcements. For example, popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that the company is preparing to release its first AR helmet in the second quarter of 2022.
Interestingly, he had previously announced the appearance of the same device “during 2021,” but as a result, in March, he “postponed” his forecast to mid-2022. Now he decided to make more clarity, narrowing the time period until the second quarter of next year, writes MacRumors.
Recall that Apple's first AR helmet is credited with a high price and belonging to the high-end segment of devices. These include, for example, wireless AirPods Max, which are 1.5-2 times more expensive than their competitors.
