The Supreme Court returned to the community of the capital land plots in the Goloseevsky district worth UAH 35 million, having satisfied the cassation appeal of the Kiev city prosecutor's office.

The company did not apply for the renewal of contracts to the owner of the land within the time period established by law and did not pay rent for the land in 2014-2016.

The Kiev prosecutor's office insists: the city council disposed of land plots outside the auction procedure, and the construction of a residential building on the land plots provoked resistance from residents of neighboring houses.

In April 2021, the economic court of Kiev satisfied the claim of the Kiev city prosecutor's office in the interests of the state. The decision of the City Council to renew lease agreements for land plots was canceled, and the agreements were declared invalid.

However, in October, the court of appeal overturned this decision and dismissed the prosecutor's office in satisfying the claim.
