Valve recently announced a Steam Deck capable of playing games from the famous service's library. The prefix should go on sale at the end of 2021. However, Valve is already speculating on a second generation device.
Valve designer Greg Coomer said that such consoles should have a long lifespan. The potential Steam Deck 2 does not yet have a design, but the company is already thinking in this direction. It is already speculated that the next generation of the console will be able to target 4K resolution. Valve representatives noted that this was never the goal for the first generation of the product, but it can be done in a couple of years.
When exactly the first Steam Deck will appear in Russia is not yet clear.
