Until February 24, Russia was still trying to somehow act in accordance with its legislation. However, after a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian Federation “scored” everything and without any reason climbed into someone else's territory.
Thus, the Russian invaders used the term “special military operation”, which is not in the legislation of the Russian Federation.
About this, political strategist Mikhail Sheitelman told Channel 24.
He stressed that the Kremlin no longer pays any attention to laws and “the state of the Russian Federation no longer exists.” Now it is territory dominated by the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and a small group of people issuing orders.
In this context, the expert drew attention to the fact that Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, spoke very precisely when he said that there was no turning back. According to Sheitelman, this is true and the Russian Federation has chosen the path to its own disbandment.
“They are not trying to act within the law now. Therefore, it will not work to roll back everything within the law. They admit they're Zaporozhye region part of Russia. Then Putin will leave. And what will they do? Vote that Zaporozhye is not part of Russia? Everything. We'll have to create a new state. This is the end. Everything has turned from a state into a territory controlled by a group of terrorists “, – said the political strategist.
Recall, according to Russian mass media, in a few days Russia plans to introduce martial law and announce the annexation of the occupied territories of Ukraine.
