The State Duma of the Russian Federation commented on the air defense systems that appeared on the roofs of houses and state institutions throughout Moscow.

The corresponding statement was made by a member of the Defense Committee of the State Duma Evgeny Lebedev, Russian propaganda media write.
He said that the pictures were allegedly fabricated using montage or Photoshop.
“I don't know anything about it. I think it's fake, montage,” Lebedev said.
At the same time, in The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has not yet commented on these pictures.
However, the Kremlin has already reacted and stated that they know nothing about air defense. Putin's spokesman Peskov said that such questions should be asked by the Ministry of Defense, which “is responsible for the security of the country and the capital.”
