SpaceX's Crew Dragon 2 spacecraft successfully arrived at the International Space Station (ISS) and docked. There are four astronauts on board, led by Frenchman Tom Pesquet.

As reported by NASA, “SpaceX's Dragon Endeavor crew docked at the complex at 5:08 am ET (12:08 am ET) while the spacecraft was flying 264 miles over the Indian Ocean.”

After docking, “astronauts aboard the Endeavor and the space station will begin conducting routine leak and seal tests between spacecraft in preparation for opening the hatch, scheduled for 7:15,” added NASA.

After the checks, the new crew led by Tom Pesce will be able to get to the ISS. The crew includes, in addition to Sand, astronauts from the United States Megan MacArthur and Shane Kimbro and the Japanese Akihiko Hoshide.
