Subsequently, power engineers published blackout schedules for other days.

The occupation authorities did not officially confirm this information, but on the Crimean Wind telegram channel they stated that the accident occurred at the Balaklava Thermal Power Plant in Sevastopol.

Why Buryatia was left without electricity

An emergency shutdown in Buryatia occurred at the power unit of the Gusinoozersk Thermal Power Plant (GRES), there are restrictions in the Transbaikalia power system supply of electricity, the Russian authorities said.
