The Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) has confirmed the presence of doping in the body of athlete Sergei Shubenkov. This is reported by News.ru.
According to the source, not furosemide, as mentioned earlier, was found in Shubenkov's test, but another prohibited substance. It is noted that the athlete received a letter from the All-Russian Athletics Federation (ARAF) and is awaiting the autopsy of the B sample, after which the information will be made public. An athlete can receive a disqualification from three to six months.
