20-year-old serviceman Artemy Ryabchuk, who staged a shooting in the Dnieper, was detained in Podgorodny.
The information was reported by local channel 34.
They were looking for a conscript soldier from 03.40 on January 27 after he shot a guard of National Guard servicemen with a Kalashnikov assault rifle and disappeared.
From the actions of Artemy Ryabchuk, five people were killed, five more were injured.
