Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba thanked the Foreign Ministers of the European Union countries for supporting Ukraine.
– The position of the European Union is unanimous: the security of Ukraine is the security of the whole of Europe. We continue to work closely with partners to prevent, deter and discourage the Russian Federation from further aggression,” Kuleba said following an informal meeting.
In turn, British Foreign Secretary Elizabeth Truss said that the Russian Federation should de-escalate and return to negotiations.
– Russia is waging a disinformation campaign aimed at destabilizing and justifying an invasion of sovereign neighboring Ukraine. She must stop her aggression, de-escalate and start meaningful negotiations,” Truss urged.
