The SBU qualified the shelling of a kindergarten in Stanytsia Luhanska as a terrorist attack

The SBU launched a pre-trial investigation into the shelling of Stanytsia Luhanska and Vrubovka by the Russian occupation forces using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements.

This is stated in a statement published on the agency's website.

– Operational-investigative groups of the SBU are working at the scene of the incident. They interrogate witnesses, eyewitnesses and victims of enemy attacks, study and document the circumstances of the crimes of the occupiers.

The SBU clarified that they continue urgent investigative actions within the framework of criminal proceedings. In particular, the incident is being investigated as a terrorist act that entailed grave consequences (part two of Article 258 of the Criminal Code).
