The Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) in 2022 will expand the measures of social support provided to citizens, including in their list those that are now appointed by the social protection authorities and Rostrud. This is stated on the website of the department.
The conditions for the appointment of measures will not change, and for their registration, as before, you will need to submit an application. At the same time, the Pension Fund will begin to simplify the receipt of payments by requesting the necessary information and data from other departments, gradually relieving citizens of the obligation to collect documents on their own.
The support measures that the FIU will begin to provide from next year will reach more than 2 million people. The total amount of payments to citizens during 2022 will reach almost 120 billion rubles

Support measures
So, the families of the dead servicemen will not need to provide payment documents every six months to confirm
utility bills to be reimbursed. The FIU will request this information from the information system of the housing and communal services.
in particular, it will provide a number of support measures for families with children: it will be responsible for a lump-sum payment for pregnancy and childbirth, a lump-sum payment for the birth of a child, payment for the adoption of a child, and a monthly allowance for caring for a child up to 1.5 years old.
As a result, in most cases, to apply for social assistance, it will be enough to submit an application to the client service of the Pension Fund. In the future, this can be done through the portal of public services and through the MFC. At the same time, the terms for processing payments next year will be halved, and applications will be considered from five to ten days, the same amount of time will be required for the transfer of funds.
The Russians will receive the first payments to the Pension Fund for the transferred measures on January 17. This will be the early delivery of benefits for January, which according to the standard payment schedule occurs in February.

Payments from January 1
From January 1, the amount of benefits for children under three years old will also increase in Russia. In addition, the number of families that are entitled to payments for the first and second child of the corresponding age will now increase. It is noted that the payment is due with an average per capita income of less than two living wages for the year of applying for payment. In addition, maternity capital will grow.
Also, from January 1, a law will come into force, which provides for the protection of a pensioner from pension deductions in the event that he is declared bankrupt. According to the current legislation, in this case, deductions from the pension can be made according to court orders. However, this practice will be discontinued from 2022.
Other payments
Payments for doctors working with coronavirus patients have been extended. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a corresponding order. He also ordered to establish for doctors and workers in contact with patients with coronavirus, the payment of special social benefits in double the amount for work on weekends and holidays from December 31 to January 9.
In turn, the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs has developed an initiative to pay the New Year's pension to Russians annually. The explanatory note to the bill says that inflation this year could reach nine percent, which will negatively affect the income of pensioners.
The pre-New Year payment is necessary, as it will help pensioners not only to celebrate the New Year with dignity, but also not to go into debt on loans to buy gifts. Therefore, of course, if the government supports these norms, we will vote for them.

The authors of the document note that such an initiative will help reduce debt load among pensioners, since they will not have to take loans and microcredits on holidays.
