Honored Lawyer of Russia Ivan Soloviev, in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta, reminded Russians of the changes in the rules for receiving pension savings.
According to the lawyer, Russians can submit an application for the payment of pension savings to the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Russia through the “Gosuslugi” portal. We are talking about the payment of savings to the legal successors of a deceased pensioner.
Soloviev noted that applications can be submitted as an electronic document through the portal with their signing with an enhanced unqualified electronic signature of the assignee. “The statements can be signed with a simple electronic signature of the successor,” he explained.
Also, in addition, the notification can be carried out through the portal of the State Services no more than ten days after receiving the documents on the death of the insured person. It also provides for sending a notification about the distribution of pension savings through the “Russian Post”.
Earlier, the Russians were told about the increase in pensions in 2022. Professor of the Institute of World Economy and Business of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), Doctor of Economics Zhanna Golodova said that payments will increase for people who worked on collective farms before 1992.
