The Russians struck Kherson in the morning: a 68-year-old man was killed

On November 16, at about 10:00, the Russian military fired artillery at Kherson, there was a casualty.

This was announced by the Chairman of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko.

According to him, a 68-year-old man was killed as a result of a shell hitting a private house.
