The forum itself is designed to create the illusion of world support for the Kremlin’s colonial policy as opposed to diplomatic isolation. The West brings recruited radicals who are recruited by the Russian intelligence network.
The Center for National Resistance notes that each forum organizer is a criminal and will be held accountable for his actions.
