The forward of the Russian youth hockey team Rodion Amirov spoke about the provocations of his American rivals. His words are quoted by Sport24.
“There were provocations, and jabs, and dirty force [tricks], and words in our direction. For North Americans, the usual thing is that they can drive up and say something. You smiled and drove on. The coaches warned us, ”Amirov said. He added that the Russian team did not respond to provocations and showed their superiority by playing.
