The footage shows a man riding a snow scooter, which is tied to a car with a cable. The car follows the road at high speed, sparks fly from under the snow-scooter due to friction.

Earlier, near Blagoveshchensk, two cars collided on the ice of the Chigirinsky reservoir, as a result of which one of the cars ran over a child riding on a “cheesecake”. A ten-year-old boy was hospitalized with injuries.
