Singer and soloist of the group “New Gems” Inna Malikova officially became a pensioner at the age of 44. Writes about this “Komsomolskaya Pravda”.
Dmitry Malikov's sister and Honored Artist of Russia Inna Malikova applied for an old-age pension to the Pension Fund and was refused. Presumably, officials were confused by the woman's age. Then Malikova appealed to the Basmanny Court to defend her right to a pension, the judge ruled in her favor.
A positive decision was made, because honored artists are entitled to early retirement: after 15 years of work in the profession, gymnasts, equilibrists, acrobats and ballet dancers can receive benefits. 20 years of work experience gives the right to a pension to dancers and singers, to whom Malikova belongs.
The singer did not comment on her new status and stated that the idea to go to court belongs to her father.
