Russian cargo ship detained in the English Channel arrived at the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer

The Russian cargo ship, detained in the English Channel, arrived at the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer in northern France. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Marine Traffic website.
Now the ship is at the pier.
Earlier on Saturday, February 26, the Maritime Prefecture of France reported the interception of a Russian cargo ship in the English Channel. Later, the Russian embassy in Paris explained that the diplomatic mission received an urgent call from the captain of the ship, in which he spoke about the detention.
The reasons for the incident are not known. The Consular Section has contacted the French authorities for comment.
On February 25, it became known that a ship with a crew of Russian citizens was hit by a shell in the neutral waters of the Black Sea. The source of the projectile launch is unknown. All crew members were rescued.
