The average cost of an apartment in Novorossiysk was 4.9 million rubles

There are 25 cities in the Krasnodar Territory, and only five of them are located on the Black Sea coast. Experts from the Moscow Real Estate Investment Agency named a resort where housing prices are relatively low. The corresponding research is at the disposal of “Lenta.ru”.
According to realtors, the cheapest apartments are offered to buyers in Novorossiysk. An average building there costs 4.92 million rubles, a square meter – 116.4 thousand rubles. The lowest average price level per square meter – 99.4 thousand rubles – was recorded in Tuapse. At the same time, the average cost of an apartment in the city is 5.68 million rubles.
The most expensive apartments are sold in Sochi. So, the average cost of a secondary property in the main resort city in December 2021 is at the level of 23.9 million rubles. The price of a “square” in the city is 265.3 thousand rubles.
“Today, investments in the Black Sea real estate of the Krasnodar Territory are extremely risky. There is nothing left but to wait for town planning plans and build some investment plans on the basis of these documents, ”the experts emphasize.
Earlier, an expert on the Sochi real estate market, Kirill Flutkov, said that Sochi is becoming a city exclusively for the rich. According to him, over the past year (since October 2020), prices for housing under construction in the resort city increased by 45 percent, in the secondary market the growth was 75 percent.
