The words of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg about the preparation of alliance troops for transfer to eastern Europe create an unfavorable situation. This was stated by Alexey Zaitsev, Deputy director of the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the correspondent of reports.

“Why NATO is spinning a tantrum, we understand — how else to explain the strategy of military deterrence of Russia?” – added the representative of the department.
