The Taliban (a terrorist organization banned in Russia ) is running Afghanistan “ineptly, or, in other words, badly” due to a lack of personnel. The special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Afghanistan, director of the second department of Asia of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Zamir Kabulov in an interview with “Sputnik Afghanistan” noted the incompetence of the Taliban in governing the country.
The diplomat added that the members of the radical group “have definitely changed ideologically and politically.” He stressed the need to get Afghan specialists back to work.
“This is not about those thieving young people who flew in from the US and Europe to steal along with the government. No. We are talking about normal patriotic Afghans, specialists, young people who want to serve their homeland, ”Kabulov said.
The special envoy of the president drew attention to the fact that the Taliban will have to create comfortable conditions for competent employees so that they can help them run the country, primarily the economy. “We're going back to inclusiveness again. These people should feel that they are not just being used as mercenaries for specific tasks. No. Behind them should be some kind of ethnopolitical force in the authorities, ”concluded Kabulov.
In August, Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid complained that Western countries, along with their citizens, were evacuating local skilled workers from Afghanistan. At the same time, there were repeated reports that the Taliban were brutally killing Afghans who were helping foreign troops.
