The Rostov region of the Russian Federation was massively attacked on the night of July 9 drones.
This was stated by local governor Vasily Golubev.
He stated that drones began attacking the area at 2:00.
According to him, air defense forces and electronic warfare equipment allegedly destroyed several dozen targets within the region.
“As a result of an air attack in the Rodionovo-Nesvetaysky district, two transformers caught fire at an electrical substation. A fire brigade went to the scene. In Rostov-on-Don, dry vegetation caught fire at the site of the fall of the remains of a UAV; the fire was promptly extinguished” , – noted Golubev.
He also added that air defense work continues in the area.
Recall that it was previously reported that in the Voronezh region, SBU drones blew up an ammunition depot.
