Russia announced a night attempt to attack a military unit in the Volgograd region with drones .
This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
UAV attack in the Volgograd region
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, on November 24, air defense systems allegedly destroyed 16 UAVs, of which 13 were over the Crimean Peninsula and three over the territory of the Volgograd region.
“Tonight, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack using aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles against targets on the territory of the Russian Federation was stopped,” the message says.
In the Russian Federation they say that one of the drones fell on the territory of the unit and exploded, they say, there were no casualties or destruction.
A fire broke out near Moscow
As TSN journalist Andrei Tsaplienko reported, as a result of the attack, a fire broke out near Moscow in the Lyublino area.
“The power substation in the Lyublino area is on fire,” he wrote.
