According to the RIA Novosti propaganda agency, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said that Russia's Southern and Western military districts have begun to return troops to their places of permanent deployment.

“The units of the Southern and Western military districts, which completed the task, have already begun loading onto trains and cars and will begin moving to their garrisons today. Individual units will return under their own power,” the representative of the Russian defense department said.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense of the aggressor country published a video of the withdrawal of tanks after military exercises.

Recall, on February 10, the joint Russian-Belarusian military exercises “Allied Resolve-2022” began in Belarus, which will last until February 20. Since February, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that Russia, under the pretext of exercises, transferred to Belarus the largest number of forces since the Cold War.
