Since the morning of Saturday, February 26, the Russian invaders, during the shelling of Kyiv, got into a multi-storey residential building.
This information was confirmed by the mayor of the capital Vitali Klitschko.
This happened on Lobanovsky Avenue, 6a (Solomensky district of the capital).
– In a residential building on the street. Lobanovsky, 6a was hit by a rocket. Emergency services are on their way there,” Klitschko wrote.
Judging by the photo from the scene, at least five or six upper floors received significant damage.
As clarified in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, an enemy shell hit a multi-storey residential building in the region of 17-18 floors.
“There are no preliminary casualties or injuries. An evacuation is underway, the department said.
From the State Emergency Service, 12 rescuers and 3 pieces of equipment arrived at the scene of the incident.
There is also information that explosions were heard in the capital near the international airport Kyiv (Zhulyany). The house hit by the rocket is located near the airport.
