The International Committee of the Red Cross denied the shelling of their convoy in the area of the checkpoint Shchastia. It is said that their cars were not there.
The speaker of the delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Ukraine Oleksandr Vlasenko said that the information of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny is not true.
“Our convoys were not in the specified area today,” he noted.
Soon, Zaluzhny himself, who had previously reported on the shelling of the Red Cross humanitarian convoy at the Shchastya checkpoint by Russian invaders, specified that it was a convoy with humanitarian aid from representatives of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees.
