On the evening of January 15, an anonymous message was received about the mining of Zhuliany airport in Kiev.

According to local Telegram channels, an emergency evacuation of passengers and airport workers has begun.

In addition to rescuers, police and cynologists worked on the territory of the Zhuliany airport (Kyiv airport named after I. Sikorsky).

The press service of the airport confirmed that as of 17.00 the check was completed and no explosives were found.

“There was a message about mining, at this stage the check is completed, the airport is operating normally,” airport representatives told reporters.

Despite the involvement of a large number of law enforcement officers and evacuation measures, all flights delayed due to checks will be sent today.
