The results of testing Intel's flagship processor, the upcoming Alder Lake series, have appeared on the PugetBenchmark website.
It was Intel Core i9-12900K. The processor was tested in conjunction with the next generation ASUS Z690 motherboard.
The Intel Core i9-12900K scored 1541, 1573 and 1575 overall in the PugetBench benchmark, namely the Adobe After Effects benchmark. Basically, this is a GPU check. This is not exactly the result that should be used to compare processors, but it is the only one at the moment.
It is worth noting that the Core i9-11900K in conjunction with the RTX 3090 demonstrates almost identical performance.
It is known that the Intel Core i9-12900K will be a 16-core processor with a boost frequency of up to 5.3 GHz and a TDP of 125 W. Overall, the Intel Alder Lake-S series will support DDR5 memory and PCIe Gen5 interface.
