July and August 2021 were characterized by natural disasters associated with higher temperatures. Forest fires have been reported in Russia, the United States, Turkey, Algeria and Italy. According to the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry Evgeny Zinichev, the smoke from forest fires in Yakutia, which has already reached the Arctic research stations, can reach Moscow.
